As a Leader in Women’s Healthcare, Bayer has partnered with BlinkRx, a digital pharmacy service, to provide the LYNKUET Access Savings & Support program (LASS) to help your eligible patients get started on LYNKUET at the lowest available cost.
Eligible Commercial patients may pay as little as $25 per month for LYNKUET.*

Prescribing is easy with BlinkRx
Step 1: Prescribe through BlinkRx
E-prescribe LYNKUET via EHR by selecting BlinkRx U.S. Boise, Idaho in the dropdown menu. You may also submit prescriptions by phone or fax:

Step 2: BlinkRx support
BlinkRx texts your patient confidentially and:
- Determines their copay
- Initiates MEs and PAs (when applicable)
- Applies the lowest available cost for your patients
Step 3: Free delivery
Patients receive delivery of LYNKUET at no additional cost within 3-5 days.
BlinkRx arranges home delivery and collects payment online through a mobile platform (or over the phone)

Retail Pharmacy: Patient must enroll and provide their pharmacy the Copay Savings Card for LYNKUET
Your patients can enroll for the copay card on LynkuetSavings.com.§ Patients must provide the copay card to their retail pharmacy upon prescription transaction or pick up.

§Commercial patients using BlinkRx as their pharmacy will be automatically enrolled in the Copay Savings Program for LYNKUET.
Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation
The Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation is a charitable organization that helps eligible patients get Bayer prescription medicine at no cost. Bayer understands that sometimes people face financial challenges, and we are here to help.
If your patient cannot afford their prescription, Bayer may be able to help. Eligible patients may receive their Bayer prescription medicine at no cost through the Bayer US Patient Assistance Foundation. Contact the program at

Providing access support to your practice
Health insurance plans may require a Medical Exception request explaining why LYNKUET is appropriate for the patient.
When prescribing through BlinkRx, BlinkRx will initiate this process by:
- Selecting the appropriate form
- Pre-populating it with patient and prescriber information
- Sending it to your office to complete and submit
